RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Dead Curious Store purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.
To request a return, email c.robertson4@googlemail.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Please do not send returns to the address printed on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Original delivery charges are not normally refundable under our voluntary 30-day return policy, except where required by applicable consumer law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at c.robertson4@googlemail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue has been assessed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are produced after an order is placed, production can begin shortly after checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has begun. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Products made to a customer’s individual specifications or personalised with custom names, wording or images may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation or return. This exception does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or not as described.
Standard Dead Curious designs are not treated as personalised merely because they are printed after an order is placed.
UK AND EUROPEAN CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Where applicable, customers in the United Kingdom and European Union may notify us that they wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After notifying us, the customer normally has a further 14 days to return the item.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout.
These cancellation rights do not apply to certain exempt products, including goods made to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised. Statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
EXCHANGES
We do not operate direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, contact us first. Where a return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For eligible UK and EU cancellations, refunds will be processed within the time required by applicable law. For other approved returns, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the refund.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. Customers are entitled to remedies when goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
